1. Who we are
Aristo (aristoprompt.ai, "the Service") is provided by FSRC Inc. ("FSRC", "we"), a company incorporated in Canada. You can reach us at support@aristoprompt.ai.
2. The agreement
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms.
3. What the Service does
Aristo grades prompts you write for AI models against a published rubric, suggests improvements, can rewrite prompts and can run prompts on third-party AI models to compare results. Scores and suggestions are produced by AI systems and may be wrong. They are learning aids, not professional advice, and you remain responsible for how you use any prompt or output.
4. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the account page; deletion is permanent.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create prompts or content that is unlawful, that infringes the rights of others, that harasses or harms people, or that is intended to attack, overload or circumvent the Service or the AI providers it relies on. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Automated access is allowed only through the interfaces we publish for that purpose and within the quotas of your plan.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts and other content you submit. You grant FSRC the licence needed to operate the Service for you: to store, process, display and send your content to the AI providers that power the Service. We do not use your prompts to train models, and we do not sell them. Aggregated, anonymised statistics may be used to improve the Service and to report on it.
7. Plans, payment and trials
The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance by subscription through Stripe, in the currency shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes. A free trial, where offered, is one per person; the subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You may cancel at any time from the account page and keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled case by case; write to support@aristoprompt.ai. Prices may change; we will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or withdraw features, and we will try to give notice of material changes. AI providers may change or retire models; we will migrate to equivalent models where possible.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its rubric, its software, its design and its content (other than your content) belong to FSRC or its licensors. The rubric text is published so that it can be read, cited and discussed; it may not be resold or presented as your own.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, FSRC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on AI-generated scores, suggestions or outputs. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, with notice where practical. Sections 6, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are heard by the courts of Ontario, unless consumer law in your country gives you other rights.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes are announced on the Service or by email at least 14 days before they apply.
